Last updated: 25 October 2026
Welcome to trimbakeshwarkaalsarppuja.org (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this Website and to any puja or service you book with Pandit Narayan Guruji (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using this Website, contacting us, or booking a puja, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or book a puja.
1. About us
This is the personal website of Pandit Narayan Guruji, a pandit at Trimbakeshwar, Nashik, Maharashtra.
This Website is NOT the official website of the Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga temple, the Trimbakeshwar Devasthan Trust or any government body. We are not connected with them in any official way. Temple darshan, temple entry, temple rules and temple timings are controlled by the temple trust and local authorities, not by us.
2. Our services
We perform Vedic pujas and rituals at Trimbakeshwar, such as Kaal Sarp Dosh Puja, Narayan Nagbali, Tripindi Shradh, Pitra Dosh Puja, Mahamrityunjay Jaap, Rudrabhishek and Kumbh Vivah. We also perform pujas online, in your name and gotra, while you join on a video call.
The puja is performed according to the traditional vidhi followed by Guruji. Small details of the vidhi, the number of pandits, the samagri and the duration may vary based on the puja, the day and the arrangements.
3. Faith, not a guarantee
Pujas are religious and spiritual practices done with faith. They are based on tradition and belief.
– We do NOT promise or guarantee any particular result, such as success in marriage, job, business, health, children, legal matters or any other part of life.
– The results of any puja depend on faith, karma and many factors beyond our control.
– Kundali reading and astrology are matters of belief and interpretation, not science.
Nothing on this Website or said by us is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. A puja is not a replacement for a doctor, a hospital, a counsellor, a lawyer or any other professional. For any health, legal or money problem, please always consult a qualified professional. Do not stop any medicine or treatment because of a puja.
4. Information on this Website

– Festival dates, Simhastha Kumbh dates, Amrit Snan dates, temple timings, travel times and distances may change or may be decided by the authorities. Please check before you travel.
– We are not responsible for any loss caused by relying only on the information on this Website.
5. Booking a puja
– You can book a puja by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to +91 81778 98047, or by using the booking form on our Contact page.
– A booking is confirmed only when Guruji confirms the date, time and details to you.
– You must give correct details, such as names, gotra and birth details. We are not responsible for any problem caused by wrong or incomplete information.
– For pujas done for another person (such as a child or an elderly parent), the person booking confirms that they have the right to share that person’s details.
6. Dakshina and payment
– The dakshina depends on the puja, whether it is a group or separate puja, the number of pandits and the samagri. Guruji will tell you the dakshina before you book.
– Any advance amount and the balance payment will be as agreed with Guruji at the time of booking.
– Payments are made directly to Guruji (for example, by UPI, bank transfer or cash). This Website does not collect any payment.
– Please make payments only to the number or account given to you directly by Guruji. We are not responsible for money paid to any other person, number or account claiming to be us.

7. Changing or cancelling a booking
If you need to change your date:
– Please inform us as early as possible, at least [3] days before the puja.
– We will try to give you another suitable date, subject to availability.
If you cancel:
– If you cancel at least [7] days before the puja, the advance [will be refunded / can be used for a puja on another date].
– If you cancel less than [7] days before the puja, or do not come on the day, the advance may not be refunded, because the samagri and arrangements are already made.
If we need to change or cancel:
– Sometimes a puja may have to be moved because of temple closure, government or police orders, Kumbh Mela rules, heavy rain, floods, illness, a death in the pandit’s family, or other reasons beyond our control.
– In such cases, we will offer you another date. If no date suits you, we will refund the amount you paid for the part of the service not provided.
We are not responsible for any travel, hotel or other costs you have to bear because of a change of date.
